Fair Pay for Our Troops

We the undersigned recognise that the lowest paid privates in the armed forces receive a salary of just £16,681 a year and call on Gordon Brown to give our troops a better deal by increasing pay for the lower ranks by £6,000 per year to give them parity with the most junior ranks in the police and fire service.
