Stunell welcomes disability friendly changes to Hazel Grove Station

Disabled access signAndrew Stunell MP has welcomed this week's announcement that Hazel Grove Station is amongst the first group of stations nationally to receive cash to improve access for disabled people.

Commenting on the news, Hazel Grove MP, Andrew Stunell said:

"I am delighted that Hazel Grove Station has been chosen to receive a much needed cash injection to improve access for disabled people.

"This will make a real difference to hundreds of people locally, taking us a step closer to removing the barriers to opportunities and life choices that people with disabilities face." ENDS
